Folks who live in Arizona are all too familiar with the damage that the brutal sun exposure can cause on virtually everything it touches over a long period of time. Ron, a GWB customer from Tuscon, wanted to add a building to his property to protect his assets and joined Great Western for an interview to discuss his building.
Ron told GWB that the primary factor in adding a building to his property is the brutal Tuscon sun. Protecting assets is important, and constant exposure to the Arizona sun can do some severe damage to just about anything.
“Here in Arizona we have a problem with the sun where it pretty much destroys anything that’s rubber or rubberized. So, putting my travel trailer inside the building (and) putting my truck inside the building saves on maintenance issues on my vehicles,” said Ron.
He told GWB that he also has a tractor that will be stored inside the building as well. Unboudtebly, the choice to go with a clear-span steel building netted Ron plenty of room to store and situate his belongings!
Ron expressed that he was satisfied with the timeframe in which his building was delivered and in which it was built. In addition, he says the quality of Great Western buildings is what drew him to order one.
“I like the choice in colors. The delivery was right in my time frame, so everything worked out really well. Installation was amazing. We got the whole building completed in less than a week, ” said Ron.
Ron reports that from the moment he ordered the building everything has gone smooth and he’s been happy with the entire process. That’s music to our ears!
