It’s been a tough few years for us all. We ordered our building in January 2022. It took a little over a year and a half to get the building because of many unforeseen circumstances. However Great Western came through and had it delivered. Then it became a waiting game for the builders. They started at the end of November giving us a 2 week completion timeframe. Here we are in March and it’s still not completed. All that to say it was months before we found some pieces missing and a few damaged. Great Western was incredible at working with us and getting everything taken care of. They even had our parts rushed to us so that we didn’t have to wait any longer. The sales team was great in getting things done quickly and my project manager really helped me to dial it in to make sure the building I had envisioned was the building I got in the end.
