Our sales and engineering department is based in Denver, where the company started. In 2020, we opened our manufacturing facility in the great city of Grand Junction, where we’re now headquartered. Each and every Great Western building kit comes with an industry-leading erection manual detailing the proper steps, safety information, and procedures for erecting your steel building. In addition, we offer a 24/7 customer support hotline. So, whether you’re just getting started, stuck on a step, or finishing up, we’re here to answer any questions you may have. Best of all, so long as you follow the erection manual and don’t make any modifications to the building, you still retain our lifetime structural warranty.

In addition, we want to make the entire process of installing your new building as painless as possible. We provide engineer-stamped drawings to help you with the coding and approval process before construction begins. We provide buildings with anchor bolt plans to help with the planning of your concrete foundation, and we can even provide an engineered foundation design for your concrete contractors to follow, so the whole process can be smooth and simple.
