“It’s about the third or fourth building I’ve bought from Great Western. It’s a no-brainer.”
Kenny is a repeat customer of Great Western’s, and he built this massive commercial building for a client that was looking to rent out industrial space. It’s a phenomenal 100 x 160 foot building providing 16,000 square feet of clear-span floor space. Kenny and his team took to building out the interior to feature multiple stories, an office area, and more.
Kenny told GWB about the building and what he chose to go with another Great Western steel building for this property.
“I love doing steel because it’s a good start. It’s a good foundation,” Kenny told GWB.
The flexibility of a steel building is a phenomenal reason why they’re great for virtually any use, including large industrial or commercial uses like this one. Furthermore, Kenny went on to explain that the simplicity of erection is a big factor in why he chooses to work with GWB.
“Just the three of us put this building together. We had the structure up in about 20 days…Pretty amazing to step back and look at what you’ve built in front of your eyes and actually see what you’ve accomplished in such a short time. It’s pretty amazing,” said Kenny.
