“Phenomenal from the beginning until the very end.”
Great Western customers Jim and Tammy, needed a building for their Connecticut farm restoration project. After purchasing this neglected farm, they got to work cleaning it up and making it their own. One step in making it their own was to add a 45 x 50 steel building from Great Western to serve as a truck and equipment storage and garage facility.
“We had some snow coming, an you should have seen what we piled in here. We put, like, every vehicle we had in here just so we didn’t have to clean snow off of them. It was hilarious,” said Tammy.
Tammy explains that their building sat un-erected for around four years for reasons outside of their control. However, when they finally got the chance to begin construction, she was happy to hear that Great Western was still ready to assist with anything they needed in the process. She said that she was happy with the assistance she received when they thought they were missing components.
“After four years, I had reached out to Tyler. Next thing I know, I am getting contacted by a guy named Eric Beavers…He’s like, no, you’re not missing pieces, and he sends me a video…the fact that he went the extra step and got in touch with me…phenomenal. Phenomenal from the beginning until the very end,” said Tammy.
Tammy goes on to explain that the first time they drove up the property and saw their completed Great Western Building, it was almost like someone else’s property. Jim and Tammy both describe it as a “pinch yourself” moment, so we think it’s safe to say that we sufficiently aided in making their dream building a reality!
“We love it. The construction of it…everything is awesome,” said Tammy
