This building is perfect for a small shop or garage but could easily be used as a small barndominium.
Please note the brick vaneer call out around the two garage doors shown on page 7 of the drawings package. This can be eliminated – customer will have to buy the additional panels and trims necessary to remove this feature (Approx $500).
The building is designed to allow an interior stud wall or steel liner panel system.
Walk door and window framed openings are Field Located. This means they can be moved or omitted. Garage door openings are structurally designed into the building system and cannot be moved – However they can be sheeted over upon request and additional cost.
